‘Josephine Jones’ is a pen name – dreamt up on the spur of the moment when I wasn’t sure if blogging was for me. I have also been known as @DrDaddyDolphin on Twitter but changed this to avoid confusion.
I am driven by a desire to protect the public from being misled and to prevent the misrepresentation of science in advertising and the media. Contrary to the opinion of the more abusive sector of my readership, I receive no money from anyone for this – not even pharmaceutical companies.
